If an artwork is damaged in transit, please take photos of the damage and contact us as soon as possible via email: firstname.lastname@example.org, or mobile: 0418 463 207, attaching photos to your email/message.
Any items damaged in transit will be covered as part of the delivery insurance. This policy is valid for the time the artwork is in transit only. You will either be refunded in full, or you may purchase another artwork from the Fern Street Gallery online store,
for an equivalent amount.
Return shipping costs for damaged items will be the responsibility of Fern Street Gallery. Fern Street Gallery will refund shipping costs upon receipt of the returned faulty item. Return address:
