Jon Harris, Red Cliff Sunrise, Photographic Print

I’ve explored up and down the Kiama Coast Walk countless times, yet I continue to discover little gems like this spot. Some careful planning went into this shot. Not only was I looking for a beautiful and interesting sunrise, but I needed the tides and ocean swell to be working the right way too. Partly to create lots of surging water in this channel, but also for safety - venturing out onto these rock platforms can be risky in big seas!
