In Coastal Reverie at Dawn, I sought to capture the raw energy and fleeting beauty of the ocean at first light. The scene unfolds along a rugged, pebbled shoreline, where powerful waves crash against dark coastal rocks beneath a softly glowing sky of orange and violet haze. The bottle-green waves shimmer with silver light as they curl and break, contrasting with the warm highlights that catch the rocks as the sun rises behind them. This interplay of light and shadow, warmth and coolness creates a delicate balance—a silvery, dusty glow that evokes both the chill of dawn and the quiet warmth of new light. Through this work, I continue my pursuit of exploring how warm and cool tones coexist to reveal harmony within the drama of nature.
